We build custom log and conventional stick-built homes in the Rapid City, SD and Black Hills of South Dakota as well as sell and ship log home kits and supplies anywhere in the US.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We were asked to assemble a log home kit. The log home became a passion after that.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
While thriving as a general contractor specializing in whole log and country home turn-key projects in the Black Hills area, additions like computerized milling equipment and a new plant near Piedmont, SD have broadened Timberline's capabilities.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We presently have one location to serve you best. All expansion is handled from our Piedmont, SD location.
